• Maintenance staff supervise Residents assigned to their department

• Instruct and guide the assigned Residents in the repair, maintenance, upkeep, and preventative care of equipment and systems throughout the buildings and grounds

• Maintenance Departments at Winfield include Carpentry, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint Shop, Vehicles & Welding, Grounds, Preventative Maintenance, and Tool Control

Currently all Maintenance positions work the Day Shift Monday - Friday. The benefits are very competitive!

Position Requirements:
