The three Residents above graduated from the In2Work Program in May of 2022. In2Work was born of the idea that we could make a meaningful difference in breaking this cycle of recidivism and it is making an impact! Since its launch, we've seen recidivism rates for participants reduced by as much as 30%. In2Work helps men and women learn the fundamentals of working in a food service or retail warehouse environment. Combined with practical work experience and a nationally recognized certificate, these skills put the residents on stronger footing to re-enter the workforce. Following the graduation, those in attendance were served a meal prepared by the three graduates!
